STEP 1
Design & Planning
We believe a home should reflect our Clients’ personality, and we pride ourselves on creating designs that go beyond our Clients’ expectations. You will be working with an experienced and talented team who listen to your ideas, while adding our own innovative and practical solutions to create the perfect home for you.
STEP 2
Interior Design
A full interior design service is included with every Middleton Home. Whether you have a firm idea of the look you want, or are in need of a little guidance, our Fully Qualified Interior Designer can provide advice on all external and internal finishes, giving your home the cohesive, stylish appeal that only a professional Interior Designer can achieve.
STEP 3
Construction & Workmanship
During the construction of your home, you will have direct access to your Building Supervisor. By carefully limiting the number of projects each Supervisor manages, we ensure every Middleton Home receives the attention to detail it deserves. Our Construction Manager, who is also a Registered Builder, regularly visits every site to guarantee the highest workmanship standards are always met.

We had the choice of a very large brand name builder with ownership over many building suppliers. My belief was; they could deliver my project far more cost effectively than a boutique smaller builder. I held meetings with both builders. Middleton Homes, provided outstanding customer care and service from the initial enquiry, It became apparent very quickly not so for the very large brand name builder, who sent us off to troll through web addresses to view product samples. Middleton Homes, provided hard copies and assisted with the selection.Our building Supervisor Andy Brown is great communicator and provided first class customer care, our build project was very tricky with inventive methods required to install our concepts. Richard Spradbury the General Manager, continues even after hand over to go above the call and continue to provide first class customer care, nothing is too hard for him. Both Directors Vince and Chris Middleton also played active parts and were never faceless people behind the scene, I found them easy people to negotiate with and both common sense people.
Owen Valli the Design and Drafting Manager, not uncommon to find him on the site, in the roof, looking and checking the detail, always helpful. The administration ladies treated you like royalty on every visit.
I would not risk any other build with another builder. Middleton Homes delivered a far better cost competitive product than the large brand name builder and allowed flexibility and communicated at every junction.
